Fueling our passion even further, we couldn't resist adding 'Marvel,' our second amazing camper, to our fleet. And so, our journey began!

Why should we hire a campervan from you?As a family of 4 with 2 small children, we know how important it is for a trip away to be as stress free and plain sailing as possible. Therefore with this in mind we like to offer our customers a little bit extra no extra cost. We not only provide you with all the basics ie: cutlery, petrol, gas etc. but we have along list of added extra's that will make your trip more enjoyable & hassle free.

Who can drive the vans?Anyone over the age of 23- 70 years of age with a full UK drivers licence which they have had for at least two years & have less than 6 points (2x3 points). Has not been involved in more than one fault incident in the last three years. The driver must complete a rental agreement before hire and provide two Utility Bills dates within the last three months for ID purposes.

What does your insurance cover?Road Side Assistance, both UK and EU cover.

Do we need to pay a security deposit?Yes. 7 days before collection you will need to pay a security deposit of £1000. This will be refunded to you when you finish your trip as long as there is no damage to the van and you have returned the van in time. We are quite strict with this rule as will sometimes have the same van being collected on the same day & need to leave ourselves enough time to clean the Van properly & have it ready in time for our next customers. It really can ruin someone's trip if they can't collect it on time.

What documents will you need to see from us before we take the Camper Van away?Before you take away our campers, via email (easier) or on the day of collection, we will need to see the following: 2x Utility bills with driver’s name and address dated within the last 3 months. Copy of your driver’s licence both front and back. You will also need to generate & provide a DVLA check code by visiting https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence Please read, sign & print the rental agreement attached to the booking email & bring it with you on the day of arrival.

Are your vans Automatic or Manual transmission?All our vans are Manual.

What extras are included with the van hire?Below is a list of extras we will be offering at NO extra cost. Are Awnings available for both vans?Yes they are for an extra fee of £10 per night.

Do you provide Gas?Yes, you will be provided with one full Gas cylinder on pick up. We are happy to pay for any more you need to buy should you run out as long as you have the receipt.

Can we bring our dog?Yes, of course, we know how lovely it is to be able to holiday with your furry friend so one well behaved dog is allowed for a small cleaning fee of £20.

Are both of your vans NON smoking?Yes they are.

Can you dress your vans for special occasions?Absolutely! Birthday, wedding, anniversary? We are happy to dress our vans for your special occasion. Please get in touch for details.

How much time to allow for handovers?Please allow 30-40 minutes for the handover so that we can go through everything with you and answer any questions you may have to ensure your trip runs as smoothly as possible.

Do we need to clean our van for drop off?Yes please, we expect you to return your van in a clean, tidy & respectable condition, a way in which you would expect to find yours, even though we will of course be cleaning it too, it really helps us with timings.
